  • 1/4 cup of raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Sweetener to taste honey, stevia, agave nectar
  • For Warm Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey:
  • 1 glass of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of local honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • For Apple Cider Vinegar Lemonade:
  • Pour 2 cups of water into a large glass or pitcher.
  • Add 1/4 cup of raw apple cider vinegar to the water.
  • Mix in 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Add sweetener to taste, stirring until it is fully dissolved.
  • For Warm Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey:
  • Warm a glass of water on the stove or in the microwave, taking care it doesn’t become too hot.
  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of local honey and stir until it’s dissolved.
  • Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon for added flavor, if desired.
