Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 glass of warm water approximately 250 ml
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Begin by warming a glass of water. It should be warm but not boiling.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the water.
  • Stir in a tablespoon of organic honey.
  • Next, add a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
  • For a spicy kick and added benefits, stir in a pinch of cayenne pepper (Optional).
  • Stir well until all the ingredients are nicely mixed.

Notes
