This tangy-sweet drink, brimming with health benefits, was my gran's secret weapon against colds, and it's about time it becomes yours too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of pure cranberry juice unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered
  • 2 teaspoons of honey or a natural sweetener alternative
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • A slice of lemon optional

Instructions
 

  • Begin by pouring a cup of cranberry juice into a glass jug or pitcher.
  • Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the juice. Remember, it has to be raw and unfiltered vinegar for the full health benefits.
  • Next, add two teaspoons of honey to add a touch of natural sweetness to offset the tanginess. You can adjust the quantity of honey as per your taste.
  • Pour in half a cup of water to dilute the juice.
  • Thoroughly stir the mixture until all the ingredients have completely blended.
  • You can add a slice of lemon for an additional kick and then serve it chilled.

Notes

For extra flavors, you can add some freshly pressed ginger or a pinch of cinnamon. If you're following a vegan diet, maple syrup can be an excellent alternative sweetener.
